Offences in which we have experience
We constantly study case law on offences against the person and property. We often assist victims or defendants who feel shame opening up to a lawyer; we are here to listen without judgment and share some of that burden, as Piero Calamandrei said. We have handled cases involving sexual violence, human trafficking, international mafia-type association, domestic abuse, stalking, affray, theft, robbery, drug possession and supply, smuggling, usury, and violence or resistance to a public official.
Juvenile criminal law
Juvenile criminal law differs from ordinary proceedings: its aim is the young person’s accountability, not punishment. Repair of harm and conflict resolution are facilitated. We assist minors and their families before the Juvenile Court, not only as legal technicians but with the child’s rehabilitation at heart, working with social workers and psychologists.
Criminal immigration law
Criminal immigration law is a specialised field in which we have solid experience. Clients often do not speak Italian, so linguistic mediators are ready to help. We have dealt with detention in CPRs, expulsions and aiding and abetting illegal immigration.
